Do I need Foresight CRM to use this?
No. Data-only works fine: dashboard, exports, API, webhooks, push to any CRM you already run. Foresight CRM is the upgrade path when you want the leads worked automatically instead of just delivered.
How fresh is the data?
Sources are checked daily. New notices, sale-date postponements, and removals show up the same morning they change at the source.
Is skip tracing really included?
Yes. Every traceable record comes with owner phones and mailing addresses at no extra charge. We never charge per record.
What kinds of records are included?
Active foreclosure sale notices from attorney and trustee sites, pre-foreclosure filings, and tax-delinquent records that match a real county parcel. Business equipment tax bills and other junk get filtered out before delivery.
